Last updated: June 2026
Using the site
PunMagazine is free to use. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using our puns
You're welcome to copy and share individual puns - in captions, cards, posts, classrooms and the like - free of charge. What you may not do is scrape, copy or republish our lists, layout or substantial parts of the site to create a competing pun directory.
Intellectual property
The site design, branding, written framing and the organisation of our lists belong to PunMagazine. Individual puns are common wordplay and free to use; the curated collections are ours.
No warranty
PunMagazine is provided "as is", for entertainment. We try to keep everything accurate and family-appropriate where labelled, but we make no guarantees. Use your own judgement before using a pun commercially - see our disclaimer.
Advertising & links
The site may contain advertising and links to external websites, including links from guest contributors. We're not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PunMagazine is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its content.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. We may update them from time to time; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Questions? Contact us.
